AGAIN A BUILDING WITH IKO ROOF WAS AWARDED AS “THE BUILDING OF THE YEAR OF BULGARIA”

The “Katarino Hotel and SPA” complex in the town of Razlog won the big award " THE BUILDING OF THE YEAR OF BULGARIA 2005" of the homonymous concurs. This became a fact on a magnificent ceremony in Kempinski Hotel Zografski in the presence of leading members of the top national administration, top businessmen, branch associations, as well known investors, builders and architects. Armormat was the supplier of the waterproofing materials for the project. Over 12,000 sq. m. of IKO shingles and more than 20,000 sq. m. of waterproofing membranes were delivered for the construction of the complex. “Katarino Hotel and SPA” was chosen after elaborate evaluation by 19-member jury, which included members of the branch associations and leading professionals. The complex was the winner in the “Holiday Complexes” category and after a vote was chosen for "The Building of the year"
