Another New Luxury Complex in Boyana is Being Built with IKO

Universal Stroy Consult once again trusted IKO's materials for its new luxury complex in the Boyana district, Sofia - "Boyana Club Residence". Modern buildings offer high-end energy efficiency, amenities and comfort.

As always, the professional and responsible approach of Universal Stroy Consult included in the project the use of high-quality waterproofing, meeting the highest requirements for reliability and durability. For this purpose, a high-tech system of IKO bitumen membranes was used.

The implementation includes the membranes IKObase P3 and IKObase P4 - a system of SBS-modified layers with polyester reinforcements, designed for waterproofing in the foundations and foundation walls of the building, for the construction of the so-called "bathtub" structure. The system provides excellent mechanical resistance, secure protection and long service life of the structure.

The total amount of materials initially used exceeds 6000 sq. m., and deliveries are already being carried out on site. The beautiful and cozy project once again demonstrates the trust of one more esteemed builder in IKO's systems and solutions in the implementation of modern and sustainable construction.
