For the waterproofing system of the project’s green roofs, IKObase P3 SBS and IKO Roofgarden Pantera have been selected – a system from IKO’s high professional class. IKObase P3 SBS is an SBS-bitumen membrane with polyester reinforcement, distinguished by reliability, strong mechanical performance, and excellent function as a solid and secure base in multilayer systems. The finishing layer, IKO Roofgarden Pantera, is a specialized solution for premium roof garden systems – an SBS membrane with fire-protective properties, root-resistant additives, combo trilaminate polyester-glass fiber reinforcement, high strength, durability, strong adhesion, fast installation, and very good performance at low temperatures. These are exactly the kinds of materials behind the durable, attractive, and long-lasting green roofs that give LOTUS HOUSE its distinctive character.
