The construction of the St. Catherine complex, part of the Katarino complex - an elite project located in the quiet and natural beauty of Rila mountains has begun. The complex features a new generation of modern houses that combine contemporary architecture, functional design and ultimate comfort. Designed for people who value the quality of life and harmony with nature, these homes offer a sense of spaciousness, tranquility and refuge.
The project is implemented by Hydroenergy Company JSC – a property developer with an established name, proven professionalism and uncompromising approach to the quality of construction. The complex includes 31 houses, each of which is designed with attention to detail, modern interiors and private yards, providing coziness and space for relaxation.
Special focus was placed on the roofing solution, a critical factor for the durability and long-term performance of buildings in mountainous regions. Like with the rest of Katarino complex, the IKO Cambridge Xtreme shingle series were chosen again for the roofs of the houses, with a total area of over 7,000 sq.m.
With respect to the challenging climate conditions in the area – strong winds, heavy snowfalls, icing and sudden temperature amplitudes – Cambridge Xtreme shingles provide remarkable durability and an extremely long life. The series features an impressive three-dimensional design appearance, a 30-year warranty with a 15-year Platinum coverage, fully self-adhesive application and wind resistance of 220 km/h.
With its colors inspired by nature and excellent technical performance, IKO's Cambridge Xtreme shingles will not only shield the buildings, but also enhance the architectural elegance of the St. Catherine complex, turning it into yet another real jewel among the Bulgarian mountains.
