Mall Delta Planet Varna Chose IKO Waterproofing System, Specially Designed for Photovoltaic Installations for the Refurbishment of its Roofs

The roof waterproofing of more than 10,000 m² of Delta Planet Varna Mall will be replaced with a modern IKO system of the latest generation. The professional and responsible choice of the owners fell on products coming from IKO's high-tech factories in England. Spectraplan TPE thermoplastic elastomer membranes, with unique properties and qualities without analogue, will ensure the high requirements for long life of the new roof system of the shopping center, given that a photovoltaic park will be built above it. The Spectraplan TPE system has a number of specific additional features that greatly enhance the yield of photovoltaics, such as light reflection, ease of maintenance, further lowering of roof temperature, which is of very high importance for the efficiency of the energy park, chemical resistance and the highest fire resistance, in addition to its exceptional elasticity and strength.
