More Than 4500 Sq.m. of IKO Bituminous Membranes Will Be Used For the Renovation and Modernization of the Building of the Municipal Administration in Blagoevgrad

The works on the renovation and modernization of the building of the municipal administration of Blagoevgrad have started. The project is a part of the project "Introduction of Energy Efficiency Measures in Municipal Administrative Buildings". 

Over 4500 sq.m. of IKO’s APP bituminous waterproofing membranes will be used for the construction of the new roofing system. The system will consist of two layers of membranes that are from the IKOgum series.

A considerable improvement of the energy efficiency of the building will be achieved and after the repair the building's energy efficiency will rise to class "A". Operational Program „Regions in growth 2014-2020“ finances the project.
