One of the largest roof gardens in the country is being built. Impressive green areas with a depth of soil layers reaching 150 cm, alleys, playgrounds and recreation areas will be constructed in the elite complex of Nove Homes. Choosing a high quality and long-lasting waterproofing system is extremely important for achieving this responsible construction task. Therefore, Armormat will supply the high-tech IKO Pantera green roof system. The products selected for the first and reinforcing layers are the SBS membranes IKObase P3 SBS. The finishing layer will be completed with the root-resistant membrane IKO Roofgarden Pantera, which structure and composition provide remarkable strength, durability and long life. All materials for the construction of the overall drainage and drainage-reservoir system such as protective layers, separator layers, slip layers, the corresponding geotextile and filter layers above the waterproofing system are manufactured in Germany using the latest technologies and are also supplied by Armormat. The total quantity of products for the different structural elements exceeds 63,000 sq.m.
