One of the Most Prestigious Tourist Complexes on the Black Sea Coast is Under Construction. The Impressive Resort Named Voya Beach is Built with IKO Materials

The investors from Fort Noks and Metalcom Invest, united in VD Resort, are constructing a remarkable hotel complex named Voya Beach Resort in Sveti Vlas.

The luxurious complex is located directly on the Black Sea coast. It will have impressive hotel wings, various restaurants, swimming pools, tennis courts next to numerous other facilities and will have the ambitions to rank among the princes in the tourism industry in Bulgaria.

The prestigious project is being implemented under strict requirements. The investors opt for leading brands and materials of the highest quality. The approach in the search for extraordinarily reliable solutions for the waterproofing systems was particularly demanding and professional. High-tech IKO membranes from the latest generation of the PowerFlex and Roofgarden Pro groups were selected.

The deliveries to the site are already being carried out. Waterproofing systems on roofs and a number of "garden" terraces will be constructed at the complex with quantities of over 20,000 sq. m.

The selected products belong to some of the highest classes in the industry and possess remarkable technical properties. Some of them were specially custom made for Voya Beach Resort, according to the specific requirements of the investor.
